1. Checkout terms control
The price, billing period, renewal date, and any offer-specific refund terms shown at checkout are part of your purchase agreement. If an offer page or checkout gives you a more specific refund right than this page, the more specific term controls that purchase.
2. How to request help
Email support@ViralAutomationLabs.com with the email used at checkout, the product or plan name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the problem. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or API keys.
3. Refund review
We review refund requests fairly and look at the purchase, the reason for the request, whether the service was used, and whether the request is covered by the checkout terms or applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and your bank.
4. Subscriptions and renewals
You can request cancellation before your next renewal by contacting support or using the cancellation controls provided by the checkout provider. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a completed billing period. If you believe a renewal was charged after a valid cancellation, contact us promptly with the relevant order details.
5. Extension problems
Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, contact support so we can check browser permissions, platform compatibility, download settings, queue behavior, and conflicts with other extensions. You can also temporarily disable other download or automation extensions while testing. We do not guarantee that a third-party platform will behave consistently or remain compatible.
6. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy removes a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your location. We may deny requests involving abuse, fraudulent payment activity, repeated chargebacks, or misuse of the service.
7. Contact
For a refund request, cancellation question, or billing issue, email support@ViralAutomationLabs.com. Include enough information for us to locate the transaction, but keep sensitive payment data out of your message.
